Every application is reviewed individually by our compliance team. Most accounts move from submission to live processing within a week.

  1. Our compliance team reviews your application and contacts you with any documentation requirements, promptly.

  2. On approval, you receive a Merchant Service Agreement for review: commercial terms, fees, and settlement structure set out in full.

  3. On execution, you receive API credentials, integration documentation, and sandbox access.

  4. Following integration testing and a final compliance review, your account goes live. From application to live processing in one week, provided all information is accurate and in place.
